GRACO's
Infant / Toddler High Chair
GRACO's Highchair: Legs can come out of the seat. Nearly 860,000 highchairs need repair because they can collapse. According to the CPSC, Graco Children's Products has received 108 reports of the highchair's legs coming out of the seat, causing the chair to topple over.

The 105 reported injuries have included a mild concussion, two broken noses, six cuts requiring stitches, black eyes and bumps and bruises.

"Graco" is printed on the front of the tray, and the highchairs have a white plastic seat with white metal legs.

The recalled highchairs have a model number containing 3170, 36051 or 74001. The first six numbers in the serial number indicate the date of manufacture. Manufacturing dates were from Jan. 1,1995, through Dec. 8, 1997, (or from 010195 through 120897). Both numbers are found on a sticker beneath the seat.

These highchairs were sold nationwide through Mass merchandise, juvenile products and discount department stores.

Highchairs models with push pins on the legs that snap into the seat are not part of this recall.

Consumers should call 1-800-617-7447 to receive a free repair kit. Please have the highchair in front of you when you call.
