-- RECALL** --
BARBIE
Sunglasses
About 70,000 pairs of Barbie Sunglasses are being recalled. When broken, the frames release a substance that could harm children's eyes and skin and could be fatal if ingested.

IMT Accessories has received one report of a 6-year-old child who received chemical burns in her right eye from petroleum distillates leaking from the sunglasses, per Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).

The recalled sunglasses have pink lenses and floating glitter in the temple area. "Barbie" and "Mattel" is written on the left side of the earpiece and "China" is written on the right side.

The sunglasses were manufactured under license with Mattel and sold nationwide at Target, Walgreen's and Bradlee's.

The safety commission advises consumers to return the sunglasses to the store where purchased for a refund.

For more information, call IMT Accessories at 1-800-868-7870.
